Not medical advice

The Site, including the candidacy assessment, is for general educational and screening purposes only. It does not create a physician-patient relationship, diagnose any condition, or replace an in-person medical consultation. Treatment decisions are made only after a professional consultation with Dr. Petro.

FDA disclosure

Statements made on the Site have not been evaluated by the FDA. Sculptra is an FDA-approved aesthetic injection for the correction of shallow to deep contour deficiencies. Individual patient results will vary based on tissue structure and lifestyle.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or submit the candidacy assessment. If you are submitting information on behalf of someone else, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

Any patient testimonials or before/after imagery represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results. Some imagery is stylized or artistic and does not depict a specific patient outcome.
