The needle is the small part
Anyone can technically inject. Very few understand the fascial planes, vascular danger zones, and long-term architectural consequences of placing a biostimulator beneath the skin. A surgeon does.
The product is only as safe as the hand
Sculptra is FDA-approved and beautifully effective — in the correct plane, at the correct depth, in the correct patient. Miss any of those and the same molecule can nodule, migrate, or age you.
Complications need a surgeon on the other end
If something ever goes sideways, you want the person who caused it to be the person qualified to fix it. That is not always the case at a medspa counter.
Credentials aren't a nice-to-have
Board certification in facial plastic surgery is a rigorous, decade-long path. It is the shortest sentence I can offer that means: this person knows the face all the way down to the bone.
I only offer what I'd put in my own mother, my sister, and myself.
Every treatment on my menu passes one test first: would I put it in the three women I love most? If the answer is no, it doesn't exist in my practice. That's not a marketing line — it's the actual rule the room runs on.
